Design is necessary for the spaces we spend our lives in, and it cannot be separated from practical and technical application. We work more on the practical and technical side of things and help our clients navigate the rules, regulations and requirements that can be barriers to achieving their or their organization’s goals. Often this requires research into building and property histories, requirements or regulations, best practices or emerging technologies and solutions.

Part of good stewardship is understanding that places were here long before we were and they will be here long after we are gone. How those places are managed, how they change and what they can be in the future are decisions we make now. We provide expertise to help you make those decisions.
